  Hi, I have deleted this site and my account payment details etc, is it possible to recover it?
  Will I have to pay for another subscription if its possible?

  Since no refund was processed when you canceled your plan and domain, I was able to restore those for you.
  You will need to re-purchase the email license, though, if you still want it.

  The subscriptions don’t have your payment data, so they won’t auto-renew next year. If you’d like to change that, head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing and add your card details again.
