Recover/verify my identity for a WordPress site associated with a deleted student email
-
I am looking to regain access to a blog I created. I wish to speak to a representative to provide my secure information. I am unsure of how to verify my identity with WordPress and was hoping a system administrator could support me.
I have tried to use your ‘Account Recovery Form’ however I am unable to do so. The student email that I used to create a blog account is now invalid.
In addition to not having my passwords, I no longer have access to the transaction ID, activation URL/key (see below). It’s impossible for me to reset my password now, as any emails that are being set out from WordPress are going to my old student email address that doesn’t work anymore.

Sadly, we aren’t able to help if you can’t provide the proof of ownership mentioned on the Account Recovery form.
Could you let me know which site you are trying to work on?
A transaction ID would still be searchable even with out access to the original email. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
