  I had a complete website that was created a couple of years ago but I did not pay for the domain and hosting after the year was up. I have now paid but my website has disappeared. Is there any way that I can retrieve my old website?

  Hi there, what’s the address of the site you need help with? Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

  In case you need help with a site using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform.
