hello,
My name is Gevile, I hired a service from Hosturi (company registration no: 528661) to create a website for me for my business ‘Ballincollig Hair & Beauty Limited’ (7th Heaven Salon) (Refistration no: 649277). They had all the details to access my website, paid for the domain name and web hosting. Hosturi went bankrupt and i am no longer able to contact them for any help or to recive details to access my website. They had my transaction ID and activation URL. I had paid for the service including wordpress and i just want to be able to access my website and upload it again. I can send the transaction I got from Hosturi. Please I hope you can understand the situation and help me get my website back.

I’m so sorry you’ve lost access to your site. Could you confirm the URL of the site in question? I had a look at 7thheavensalon.ie but it doesn’t seem to be a registered domain.
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

If your site was created using WordPress software, but was hosted on Hosturi’s servers, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you with this. Folks at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ may be able to advise more.
