recovering a blog made before 2016

    this is a blog i started in 2016 – http://karen2424blog.wordpress.com
    I am looking for a blog I made prior that has all my writings that I want to transfer to this one. it was made in 2012 or 2013? maybe 2011? it had nutritional articles and some human interest. can you find that for me? i am pretty sure the email at that time was (email visible only to moderators and staff) – it would have had Apple in it since that was my name at that time.
