Recovering a deleted page

  I accidentally deleted the contact tab of the blog. how do I recover it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Did you delete a page, or a menu item linking to a page? If you sent a page to trash fewer than 30 days ago and didn’t delete it from trash then it can be easily recovered. See the Restoring from Trash section of the Trash support page for instructions.

  If you only deleted a tab, or menu item, linking to a page in a custom menu, just add another menu item, giving it the proper navigation label, which links to the page.
