recovering a domain page to transfer

    I am new to wordpress and I wanted to have two blogs and I wanted each blog attached to their own email but before I decided that I had added the second site to the first account. I then proceeded to delete that site not realizing that I should have transferred. I thought after deleting that it would recycle back into available domain names. Which after research I found that after 2 years it could be available. I am the same user though. Is there any way to recover this specific domain name.

    the deleted site that I want to recover is rootedwillowdesigns.wordpress.com. no other name would be applicable.
