Recovering a hijacked website?

  An Old website I use to be admin on has been down for sometime named umaundergroundmafiasarmy.wordpress.com and a lot of people would like it to return, It is currently unaccessable and say “The Authors have deleted the blog” it was broken into and deleted in October 2011.
