Recovering access to a blog started with verizon.net email

I haven’t blogged since before Covid. Last I knew, I was paid up for my blog youreallyhadtobethere.com, which is still accessible. But when I sign on to WordPress to resume blogging, I get assigned a new blog address and an invitation to begin blogging, but I can’t get access to the one I want to post into. When I began blogging I had contracted with (email visible only to moderators and staff) as my sign in, but verizon.net and my old password are long gone. My email is now (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’m told that’s the source of the problem and I can correct at the Account Recovery form, but that is no longer there either. Please help!
