Recovering account from someone that is deceased

  I am wondering how to recover an account from someone that is deceased. For our program this person unfortunately passed away. We need to know how to regain access to the account to make changes and most importantly, renew the domain before expiration. Can anyone help?

  Unfortunately the deceased set this up for an organization and never provided the login information. They are not going to be able to provide a death certificate. I guess they will need to attempt a domain recovery after it expires… Very unfortunate.
