    We have a new development team and we can not determine who’s email it was set up to go to.

    You’ve posted in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

    We have no control over the WordPress.org website where the open source WordPress software is made, and have no ability to help you recover access to a user account on that site.

    You can try contacting the moderators on WordPress.org via forum-password-resets[at]wordpress.org for help with this.
