Recovering an account that I have hardly used if at all,

    I need to recover an old account that got deleted when I set up a new account called Steps To Artist Resources & Tips. Also, there is a typo and I can’t sign in to the Steps To Artist Resources & Tips Account.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    So, I went ahead and finally deleted the account in question. Now all I have to do is change the way WordPress has recorded my email address for the other account. I can’t access it except through my Facebook Account. Will I have to do this forever because it is linked. I don’t mind. I just want to know. To be clear: My question is: (Do I now have to access my account “Steps to Artist Tips” through my Facebook account only? (because it is linked)

    Hi there,

    What account are you speaking about? “Steps to Artist Tips” is neither a WordPress.com username nor a site URL, and we have no way to know what account you’re referring to based on that information.

    We also don’t offer any log in through Facebook option on WordPress.com, so I don’t know what you mean when you say you can’t access it except through your Facebook Account.
