Recovering an old domain name

    I have had a domain parked to use later on my account, I have gone to finally activate it and realise now that last year’s renewal did not go through; we had a stolen credit card and the auto pay function stopped but never got a notification that the last payment didn’t go through, only the reminder 30 days before. How can I now get last years payment and access back to my parked domain?

    Is this about kerihedrick.com? From what I can see, it’s not registered with WordPress.com; it looks like you had it transferred to another registrar last March.
