Recovering Lost Subscribers

    In July, we moved our WP site hosted at WP to another hosting location. We installed JetPack and moved over our subscribers. We’re not sure how but JetPack became uninstalled. We reinstalled it but now have no subscribers. We tried moving them again but there was only one (who we believe signed up why we were in some interim stage).

    Is there anyway to get these back from a backup?

    Hi there,

    Sure thing! I just fixed that up for you, so your subscribers are linked to your site again. Please disconnect Jetpack and reconnect it (in the Jetpack section of your dashboard) to refresh everything on your end, and let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)
