Recovering our user and password

    We had students create our BCS Group WordPress site a couple of years ago and the students are no longer reachable to make edits to our site. How can we recover all login information to do this?

    Site: BCSGroup.com/wp-admin.
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Please note that your site at bcsgroup.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites.     Have you tried resetting the password using this link? https://bcsgroup.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    If you tried and it didn’t work, you’ll need to reach out to the hosting service provider for help. As the site’s hosted on their servers, only they have access to help you log in to the site.

    I see that the domain has cloudns.net nameservers so you may want to start by reaching out to them for help.
