recovering trashed posts after 30 days

I did not know that posts I moved to the trash would be permanently deleted after 30 days. I would very much like to recover all of the posts that I had moved to my trash, but it has been months. Is there anything that can be done?

I have the same scenario, what can be done?
I rescued some posts at google cache, but some posts are missing.

I actually found some files saved on my computer that began with “wordpress” and ended in ” .xml ” They were backup files of my blog content.
Search your compu and see if you have anything similar. If so, go to your wordpress dashboard and click “tools” and then “import.” Browse and select the .xml file(s) you may have on your computer. WordPress will import them and this may restore some, if not all of the posts you have lost.
For me, it worked beautifully. I got back virtually everything I had trashed several months ago–62 posts.

tks natalie, unhappyly i didn’t backup (exported) my posts. But I found a bunch of them on google cache.
