Recovering URL address

  Hello, I deleted one of my blog as well as the URL
  thinking that I could renaming another of my blog using that name.

  Although the deletion succeeded, now I am unable to reuse that URL address since wordpress says that this site already exists.

  Kindly help with the steps to recover this URL address

  Gone is gone forever even from the original owner – blog name are never recycled
