  I cannot recover my account. I don’t have the same email orphone number and I can’t answer any of the authentication questions….

  If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the account was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

  We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
