  HI, I have used all the recovery codes for my account and cannot find how to generate new ones. Can you help me with this?

  The problem I had, and still have, is that for some reasons I do not receive the recovery code by text message on my phone. I have just checked the phone number in my account and it is correct.

  Hi there,

  If you are having issues receiving SMS texts, have you tried installing Google Authenticator?

  Enable Two-Step Authentication

  I have both just in case one doesn’t work out, but I haven’t had any issues with Google Authenticator as long as I have my phone on me.
