Recovery Mode for website

  We had a email with a link for recovery mode. We just need a new link

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  I do not see any sites under your @monicacallanrd WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  I am having the exact same issue, and now when I try to confirm my site it says none exist.

  The site was thomaskcarpenter.com. When I try to access it this is the message I get:

  Warning: require_once(/home/thomas26/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thrive-ultimatum/start.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/thomas26/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thrive-ultimatum/thrive-ultimatum.php on line 32

  Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/thomas26/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thrive-ultimatum/start.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/thomas26/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thrive-ultimatum/thrive-ultimatum.php on line 32

  I’m hoping to get another recovery mode link, and then just deleting the thrive ultimatum plug in that is causing problems.
