recovery of my expired domain

    I tried to recover my expired domain, however, I know it is has still not been taken. How can I recover it.

    Thanks for getting in touch. Please tell me which domain you are inquiring about. The account you’ve written from doesn’t have a history of any domains being attached to it. Then we can check on the domain status and get the process started towards recovery.

    I do see that you just bought a premium plan on this account for sunnysideupnofo.wordpress.com which I assume was by mistake in an attempt to recover the domain… Is that right? Would you like me to cancel that premium plan and refund the money?
