  I had user profile id as rupeerealty. Kindly assist me in getting said id so as to enable me to activate a plan.

  Hi there,

  The username that you are trying to access has been renamed and as a result, deleted.

  Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use:

  Change your username

  So, rupeerealty is no longer available for login.
