  Hi, we are a shotokan karate sports club and we need help from a human to try recovering our site. A few days ago we were logging in as usual but our password was not accepted anymore so we tried to reset the password. The reset email address’ credentials were given years ago to an athlete who is no longer with the club, and we believe it is no longer active. We, however, do have access to the contact information, including the email address, that is listed on the website and we really hope it can be used to reset the password. Thank you.   PS: we do have access to the Fb page of our sports club and of course we have the previous password, if it can help.
