recreating our website in wordpress and transferring registration of domain name

    Hi, We want to recreate our website in wordpress. We have a domain name, hillsboroughgallery.com. We want to know the most efficient way to proceed to create our same website, now hosted by godaddy, to wordpress and have it still called, http://hillsboroughgallery.com.
    Also, we want it to include the blog as a page of the website.
    And, have the ability for the members of the the gallery to upload their own images (not change any design elements.
    Can you instruct me the best way to do this? Thanks.
