Bonjour,
Je n’ai plus accès à mon compte car bloqué et mot de passe réinitialisé et envoyé à une boite mail désactivée.
J’ai plusieurs transactions id (à 17 acaractères) mais aucune ne fonctionne dans le formulaire de récupération de compte.
J’aimerais juste modifier l’adresse mail de mon compte initial.

It sounds like you’re stuck in a ‘security loop’ where the automated system is sending recovery info to an inactive inbox. When those 17-character transaction IDs don’t work in the automated form, it’s often because the system is looking for a specific invoice number or a slightly different format from your bank or PayPal. Since the bot isn’t accepting your proof, your best path is to contact the billing support team directly via email or their ‘Look up a charge’ page; if you provide them with a screenshot of those specific transactions, a human agent can manually verify your identity and update your account email for you, which is something the automated form isn’t programmed to do for security reasons.
