  I have been receiving a $299 annual charge and I don’t know what it is for. My wordpress sites are the free basic ones…

  There is no history of an annual $299 charge under your account. It must be coming from a different account that you have. Do you happen to know if you own a different account?

  If so, please log into that one and post in this thread, and I can assist you with canceling these annual fees.
