  I would like to speak to a manager regarding my wordpress account which is mo longer in use and has not been given permission for payment to subscription.

  I’ll be happy to help. In reviewing the account that you’ve used here, though, I can see there aren’t any purchases, or renewals, or upgrades on it.

  That means that the charges in question are coming from a different user account.

  Did you get an emailed receipt from us? If so, that’s the email address you need to sign in with.
