Recursion: Buying new G Suite email accounts
-
I’m trying to buy more licenses for G Suite emails. I have three and want two more for $50/year/each. G Suite keeps directing me back to WordPress to purchase more licenses from the reseller, but WordPress keeps directing me back to G Suite.
I’ve spent many hours and not enough alcohol trying to navigate this recursive loop and cannot believe how difficult these companies have made it for me to just give them the $100 and get more email addresses already!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @outshinenw, oof, that’s frustrating. I think I see the trouble, though.
Can you log in as the user that bought the other licenses? From there, head over to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/email/outshinenw.org and you can add more.
Alternatively, could you have them transfer upgrade ownership to you. If that would be better, let me know. We’ll help you get this sorted one way or another.

Hi. I contacted the person with the account (Sowersian) from which the site was first created. I got them to contact staff support directly, and they forwarded me the chat log affirming that they are no longer listed as an account administrator. They were told another user is — but that’s not really possible, because that user would be me.
I’m still getting error notifications saying that Sowersian is the administrator on the account. Sowersian no longer works for our organization and is not an administrator on this account.

Hi @outshinenw, thanks for getting in touch again. I read the transcript. While it looked to me like sowersian still owned the upgrades, their intention to transfer all upgrades to you was clear, so I’ve taken care of that for you. Can you try once more to see if you’re allowed to buy more licenses? If you run into any trouble, please open a chat with us here:
