Redacting Information

Hello,
This may be a complicated situation to express, but I will try.
My company has created a wiki for some products and services that we provide, and we have a client who wants to set up a support department based around our services.
However, we do have some sensitive data that appears all over our wiki, within articles. We don’t want to create a new wiki, and we don’t want to completely remove entire articles, as some information is still relevant to the client.
Is there a way to hide specific information from unauthorized users of our site? For instance, I’ll give you a sample of what I mean:
‘Article Title
Our product is very durable and can withstand most weather conditions, including extreme heat and coldness, as well as rain and snow.
If, however, our product fails to meet these expectations within the time of warranty, a case can be made and the product can be sent back to our headquarters at 123 Example Road.’
In my sample, let’s say I want to completely remove that second paragraph, but ONLY for users of the wiki that aren’t part of my company. Clients that view the wiki would see a filtered version of the article. This is a small sample but in the actual wiki its on a much larger scale.
I really hope you understand what I’m trying to convey, and that you have any advice at all!

I work on the wiki but I don’t have it tied to my email or anything.

Looking at bellsensing.com I can see that the site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
