Redireccionamiento de dominios

En este link: http://es.blog.wordpress.com/2010/05/31/redireccionamientos-permanentes/
Explican como redireccionar un blog en wordpress a un blog con nombre de dominio propio. Lo he intentado pero no he podido. Básicamente he creado mi blog en WordPress.com, con un nombre de dominio en este formato: xxxxx.wordpress.com. Desde el mismo WordPress compré un dominio propio , como xxxxxx.com.
En el link explican que al definir xxxxx.com como mi dominio principal, todos los visitantes que desean acceder a los enlaces del anterior xxxxxx.wordpress.com se redirigen automáticamente al nuevo dominio. Pero, como he comentado antes, lo he intentado pero no he podido.
Alguna ayuda al respecto por favor.

Yes, I can see that the domain joseantoniofernandezsitedotcom.wordpress.com redirects to joseantoniofernandezsite.com but it doesn’t work if I try to do it with joseantoniofernandezsite.wordpress.com to joseantoniofernandezsite.com

Thanks but I think there is a confusion. The primary domain is joseantoniofernandezsite.com therefore I neede please that wordpress domains (joseantoniofernandezsite.wordpress.com and joseantoniofernandezsitedotcom.wordpress.com) are redirected to my custom domain.
I mean that joseantoniofernandezsite.wordpress.com and joseantoniofernandezsitedotcom.wordpress.com are mapped to joseantoniofernandezsite.com

Hi there, sorry for the confusion.
A domain can only be mapped (pointed) to a single WordPress.com site at a time, because the browser can only display one site at at time . :-)
Let me try to better understand what you’re trying to do.
Have you switched to a site outside of WordPress.com entirely? For example, did you set up a self-hosted site somewhere, or a non-WordPress site? Aand are you trying to point your two WordPress.com addresses to *that* site?
If that’s the case, what you’re looking for is the Site Redirect upgrade, and not the domain mapping upgrade.

Yes, I’m looking for the “Site Redirect Upgrade” and not the “Domain Mapping Upgrade”. I bought both domains in wordpress but I want to redirect joseantoniofernandezsite.wordpress.com to joseantoniofernandezsite.com

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying.
If you’ve moved your site outside of WordPress.com, you’ll first need to log into the domain manager and update the name servers to point to your new host. Your host can provide you with the specific settings needed.
Once your domain is pointing to your new site, you can then purchase the two site redirects, one for each site: joseantoniofernandezsite.wordpress.com and joseantoniofernandezsitedotcom.wordpress.com.
You can do that in the Store for each site:
https://joseantoniofernandezsite.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php
https://joseantoniofernandezsitedotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php

Right now joseantoniofernandezsite.com is mapped to joseantoniofernandezsitedotcom.wordpress.com and I don’t need it like that.Thank you

I just need to have the custom domain joseantoniofernandezsite.com as my main domain and associate with joseantoniofernandezsite.wordpress.com.
I need it just as it was originally. Because right now any domain you put in the URL tells me the same “page not found” and before I had a lot of information I already had done.
What happened with all this information? -
The domain was originally mapped to joseantoniofernandezsitedotcom.wordpress.com so I’ve remapped it back there. Please let me know if everything looks right now:
