Hello rootjosh,
How do I show the DropZone Footer to just show only on the Home Page of the website and not every page? Why do when someone register for my website to list there property they are able to see the word “Dashboard” at the top of the screen? The website I built is a Rental Property advertising website. What plugin do I need to implement a map on the Home Page so people can click on a State or City to find rental property?

You cannot use plugins on a WordPress.com blog. You cannot charge for classified ads on a WordPress.com blog either. If you are talking about http://cantyfu.wordpress.com/ you will not be able to do that here; you need paid hosting and a WordPress.ORG install.
