Redirect a blog which is not wordpress.com on a domain

  Hi,
  I have a blog on blogvie.com which sucks. I wanted to move to wordpress.org, buy a domain, copy every single article of my previous blog (no export on blogvie), but keep my previous adress so it can be redirected to my domain. I know you guys do that on wordpress.com, but it seems that it’s not the case for the other hosts… Please help me, I’m desperate about this, I want to get out of this crappy host ASAP !

  If you wish to move your .com blog to WordPress.ORG, you need to go to the WordPress.org support forums for advice. This forum is only for free blogs hosted on WordPress.com.

  I know how you feel, but hang in there.
