Redirect after user fills in contact form as presently it is looping back

    ISSUE – The contact form I have works. The issue is after the user fill in the details and presses the SUBMIT button, the following page once again details the user to fill the form & provides a link to the contact form URL.
    I need to ensure that after the user clicks the submit button, the page does not go back into a loop i.e. takes the user to a “thank you for your submission page” etc…

    If the feature is not available now, the contact form is USELESS to begin with. Thus, please indicate when the feature to redirect URL will become available.

    Hi there,

    When someone submits your contact form, they should see a confirmation message showing what they submitted and a link to go back to the contact page. They shouldn’t just see the blank contact form again. (Please note, however, that you can’t set up the contact form to redirect to a completely different page after it’s submitted.)

    Can you send me a link to the contact form where this is happening? I’d be happy to take a closer look for you.

    Company Name: ABC
    I need a No Obligation, FREE Consultation in: Capital Formation

    If the page being served cannot be changed, can we at least have the second sentence removed i.e. Quote “Please contact us using the form given below:”. Unquote: This is because the user just contacted us by filling the form in the previous page.

    Hi Venkat,

    I see what you mean. The text you mentioned is actually part of your contact page itself:

    CONTACT US
    Thank you for your interest in VR Advisors LLC. Please contact us using the form given below:

    When someone submits the contact form on that page, the form is replaced by the confirmation message. However, the rest of the contact page (including the text on the page) remains the same. If you don’t want the sentence “Please contact us using the form given below:” on that page, you can remove it in the page editor (Pages > All Pages in your dashboard).
