Redirect all the urls

  I would like to ask, when I will change my http://www.nameofblog.wordpress.com to http://www.nameofblog.com (the domain was not registered through wordpress) it will automaticaly redirect all my url? as well for the pictures?

  (example: there are pictures on external pages – which only links to my wordpress blog / Will they disappear after this change?)

  No. Adding a custom domain to your WordPress.com site will not mess up any external hotlinked images.
