Redirect Loop

    I just bought my domain name and now there is a “redirect loop” between my new URL (example.com) and my wordpress URL (example.wordpress.com). I’ve tried updating my primary domain and switching it around to fix the problem, but no matter what I do, both addresses take me to an error page saying, “this webpage has a redirect loop.” Please help. It is urgent that my website be available.

    I am seeing your custom domain point correctly to your WordPress.com site.

    It can take 24-48 hours for domain/DNS changes to propagate throughout the internet. It typically happens faster than that, but it really depends on your ISPs update frequency. If you are still not seeing the correct site appear after 48 hours has elapsed, please contact me again.
