Redirecting a user depending on there login
-
I was wondering if there is a wordpress plugin for a user login form which redirects the user to an internal webpage depending on the login details they entered?
For example, on a page called “Rates” on my WordPresss site, I want the user to be able to enter there login details. Then after, they will either be redirected to “Rates A”, “Rates B” or “Rates C” pages depending on the users login details. The users of “Rates B” shouldn’t be able to view the page after the user logins into “Rates A”.
The login details will be predefined so I won’t need a registration page.
After reading this can you recommend me any plugins or possible code that would be useful to me please?
Thanks.

Hi there,
I’m not sure about the redirect part, but you can use any membership plugin to restrict someone’s access to content on your site depending on which type of membership they have.
The better place to get advice on this is in the forums for the open source version of WordPress where support is actually provided by the people who make WordPress and various plugins for that software:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Or if you already have a membership plugin, contacting support for that plugin directly for advice on how to handle the redirects you want is best.
Right now you’ve posted in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. Using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.
