Redirecting posts to self hosted

  How can you redirect wordpress.com posts to wordpress.org posts? I already purchased the site redirect but if I Google one of my top articles when I click on the link I get sent to the wordpress.com URL and a 404 error. Is there a way to seamlessly connect all of the wordpress.com posts with their respective self hosted articles?

  The site redirect upgrade will only work for URLs that have the same permalink structure as your posts on WordPress.com.
