Redundancy during Covid 19

    Hi there! I’m sorry to have to sound desperate in this situation, but I’ve recently lost my job due to covid 19 and I’m struggling to stay afloat. My yearly payment for WordPress was paid today and I haven’t been active since last year. Is there any hope on earth that I can have this reversed? It’s such a difficult time. Thanks all
