Reembolso de servicio

    Hola, tuve un problema con el servicio, verán, hace 14 días hice la prueba de premium y hoy llegó un cargo a mi tarjeta de 1495. 23 pesos con un “pago” que hice a WordPress ¿que debo hacer para que me reembolsen mi dinero?

    Hi there,

    I see you cancelled the WordPress.com Premium plan, and the payment for that plan was also cancelled. The charge you see on your card is the pending payment that was cancelled.

    Once your bank processes the cancelled payment, that charge will be removed from your card. If you have any questions or concerns, your bank can tell you how long that process will that.
