  Good Morning, I received an email this morning in reference to an automatic payment (of which I for my mistake) I was not aware of wordpress.com of € 96.00. I have not been warned before payment and unfortunately I no longer use that service so I would like to have this money repaid. The problem is that the payment was requested on 16th of december but were paid today in 28th of december because of the money availibility How can I proceed?

  Hi Giovanni –

  I can help you get that money back. Looking at the account, I can see that there’s a disputed payment in place. In order for me to refund the funds directly you’ll need to contact your bank or financial party and have them remove that dispute. Typically, the best way to do this is via a phone call.

  Write back to me once you’ve confirmed that they have removed the dispute, and I will process the refund in full. It will reach you with in 10 days.

  The other option for refund is to leave the dispute in place but it will take months for that money to get back to you. It’s a much longer process.

  I contacted the bank this morning and they said to me that know there isn’t any disputed payment and it is ok. There is a pre-autorized payment to wordpress notified this morning on my bank account I think could arrived to wordpress next days. If this things are ok I will wait for the refund.
