    Hello! I’m waiting for some refounds (and have been doing it longer than 5-10 business days). How long will it take and when will I get my money back?

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference. You can find that receipt on your Billing History page.
