  I refreshed my page by accident and got double charged. I only meant to go premium for one year.

  I see that you cancelled your WordPress.com Premium plan and we issued a refund for that second charge ($99). I added the Premium plan back to your site, so you’re all set for one year of the Premium plan.

  Hey rachelmcr. Good morning. I’m still having issues. Both charges went from pending to posted. Will one be reversed from this point? I really don’t need 2 years, just one for now. Here is what my bank ledger looks like, and I can get you an offical copy if need be.

  Yes, we issued a full refund for the second charge on October 18. (You can find receipts for your purchases and refunds in your billing history.)

  It can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for credit card companies to process refunds and show them on your statement. If you have any concerns about that, I’d recommend contacting your credit card company and sending them a copy of your refund receipts if needed.
