Refreshing time

  Hi,
  I am owner of Xiamnemango.com
  I run this website base on WP content management system. I’m happy with WordPress solutions, especially the wide functionality and user interface. However, I’m very not satisfied with the speed that my website is opening. From entering the page address, we can watch page loader and wait minutes to full loading the page. I wonder how can I improve it? I wish to optimize this time to just few seconds if not I will have to consider changing the content management system, what I hope to not do. Please give me some suggestion, looking forward for your messages.
