Refund

    Hi WordPress,

    I was sent a receipt last week for an automatic withdrawl that was set up by a web designer of mine. I didn’t plan to renew this year with WordPress, and I’d like to get my money refunded. I’d love to hear back from you.

    Hi Jane,

    I cancelled and refunded the Custom Design upgrade that was recently renewed on your site. (Please note it can sometimes take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
