Good morning, I signed up for a domain registration for $18 a month and a half ago. I then recently signed up for the premium for $79 to see how that worked. I want to cancel the premium, but the refund is saying it will only refund $61. This is incorrect since I have paid a total of 18+79=97. I would like to have the full $79 refunded since I have previously paid the $18 for the domain registration.(I understand the domain registration is non-refundable.) Thank you!

No problem! I have provided you a full refund ($79) as requested and removed Premium (less the domain) from your account. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

Thank you! Any idea why I can not exit the preview premium option? I selected exit preview but it doesn’t disconnect and allow me to update basic version.

Can you explain what you mean by this? I’m not sure what you are referring to.

Sure. So now that premium has been deleted, as a marketing tool from WordPress I can “view” the premium features without paying just to try it. I should be able to exit the preview but it is not exiting. This may be more tech related due to the recent change. Does that help?
