  I’m sorry, the domain is past the refund period. The rest of your bundle can still be canceled and refunded until 2013-01-03

  Canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of the domain and can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere. If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.

  We are only able to offer a refund if we receive notification within 48 hours of the purchase.

  If you would like to transfer the domain to another registrar, you can use these steps.

  Hi Kardotim,

  Your response was lost in my spam blocker so I did not receive it until now. My original request was within the 48 hour period, the process was delayed because I was waiting for an email from wordpress to help me reset me password so I could continue with the cancellation process. For whatever reason, the password I had written down didn’t work and I could finish the cancellation process. Now you’re telling me I’ve missed the deadline to cancel. Come on, help a guy out here. I just want to cancel what I signed up for and get my $99 back. Please!
