Good day. I recived a mail with a payment i dont want. I dont want premium. I dont even want the domain anymore, i havent used it. And i didnt find where to request a refund. Please i need a refund i dont want to purchase anything at all.

Sorry. I clicked “cancel” the upgrade but it says i pirchased it long ago and it wont be refundes. Why? I received the mail with the payment today!

I canceled it but it says it expires on november 27, and nothing about a refund. The autopayment was made today! Please i need a refund!

Your site idontspeakhuman.com has a WordPress.com Premium plan that was purchased on November 27, 2013. That plan was set to automatically renew, which is why you received a notice about that renewal.
However, the renewal (including the renewal payment) was canceled, so WordPress.com didn’t charge you for that payment. You may still see that pending renewal payment in your PayPal or credit card account, but it’s already been canceled on this end and you won’t be charged.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.

Can you please contact your credit card company to ask them about that charge? It was canceled before the transaction was completed, which means the charge didn’t go through from this end. Some credit card companies may take some time to process that kind of cancelation, in which case you’ll see the pending charge on your account, but it should be removed once the company processes the canceled transaction.
