I have not received my refund. I spoke with a representative over a month ago. I was charged for an auto-renew of $30.
What is the status of this refund?

Hi jessmbutler – I took a look and everything seems to have processed on our end. If you have a Paypal account, please check that the balance did not end up there? Otherwise, can you please contact your bank about this. The refund was issued to the card used to make the renewal.
@suvurmusica – Can you tell me what the refund was for?
