  I have requested a refund, and it said that I was going to get an confirmation email, but I haven’t. I have tried twice and won’t get an email. How do I contact someone and get my money back?

  Sorry for the trouble! I just issued you a full refund for the Premium plan you purchased. (Please note it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
