    Since I try the FREE trial of the premium upgrades I´ve been trying to cancel it and get the refund, but your cancellation and refund page, by coincidence, doesnt work!!. And now i have benn charged with 99 U$S for a product I asked to be cancelled y refund.

    I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
